Willcall Parts Privacy Policy

Willcall Parts helps you look up a part number across the vendors you choose. This page explains what the app does with your information. The short version: we don't collect it.
What stays on your device
Your categories, vendors, saved crosses, search history, saved searches and settings are stored only in your device's local storage (in the Android app or in your browser). We have no accounts and no servers, and we never receive this data. If you uninstall the app or clear your browser data, it is erased, so use Settings → Backup → Export to keep a copy.
What we collect
Nothing. Willcall Parts does not collect, sell or share personal information, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
Vendor websites
When you tap a vendor's Search button, the app opens that vendor's website with your part number in the address, in your browser. That website is run by the vendor, and its privacy policy applies from that point. We don't see what you search for or what you do there.
Debug log and feedback
The app keeps a short log of its own activity (errors, which category you searched in and how many vendors were shown, backups, and online/offline changes) on your device. It does not record the part numbers you search for. The log leaves your device only if you choose Export debug log and send it to us yourself.
If you tap Send feedback, your email app opens a message addressed to us with your app version and device type filled in. We receive only what you decide to send. We use it to fix problems and won't share it.
Website and installs
If you use Willcall Parts as a website, your browser may store the app's files so it can open offline. The site host may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request). If you install the Android app from Google Play, Google provides us with aggregate statistics such as install counts and crash reports under its own policies.
Children
Willcall Parts is a work tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and date will be posted on this page.
